Hosted by the Cape Breton Blacksmiths Association comes the first ever international blacksmithing event held at the Fortress of Louisbourg. Get an in-depth look at a trade practiced 300 years ago in the Fortress with experts coming from around the world to demonstrate their talents. This stands to be one of the most interesting parts of the Louisbourg 300 celebrations. See below for demonstration dates and times:
Friday July 5th - 9:30am - 5pm
Saturday July 6th - 9:30am-12:00pm
Sunday July 7th - 9:30am - 11:00am - Closing ceremonies to take place afterwards
